The Sargent 80 Series WD8646E is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for commercial and institutional buildings demanding superior security and reliability. This left-hand reverse (LHR) model in 32D finish exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 strength and cycle requirements, making it ideal for high-traffic metal doors in schools, offices, hospitals and secure facilities. Its modular design and minimal moving parts ensure decades of maintenance-free operation.
The WD8646E accommodates metal doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick with 4-1/2" minimum stile width. Rails are factory-cut to your door width (24"-48"), and the device ships with stainless steel fasteners and strike hardware.
