The Sargent 80 Series WD8646G is a heavy-duty exit device designed for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. This rim-mounted device exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards, features modular construction with minimal moving parts, and delivers maintenance-free operation throughout the building's life.
Compatible with metal doors 1.75 inches minimum thickness, the WD8646G uses an E Rail for 24-32 inch door widths and includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike (panic and fire-rated).
