The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic hardware solution for commercial metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. Designed for facilities that demand durability and low maintenance, this rim-mounted device exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength standards with modular construction and minimal moving parts, making it ideal for office buildings, retail, healthcare and industrial applications.
This model fits metal doors 1 3/4 inch minimum thickness with a 4 1/2 inch minimum stile width. The J rail accommodates door widths 37 to 42 inches (factory-cut to size).
