Description
The Sargent WD8674J RHR 32D exit device is a Grade 1 panic hardware solution designed for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. This rim-mounted device combines durable construction with modular design to provide reliable emergency egress that exceeds ANSI/BHMA standards while minimizing maintenance needs over the life of the building.
This device fits metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick and includes a J-rail configured for 37" to 42" door widths (factory-cut to 42"). It mounts with the centerline 41" from finished floor and includes a stainless steel top bolt. Electric options like delayed egress, alarms, and latch monitoring are available.
