The Rixson 117-1/4 is an offset hung pivot hinge designed for interior doors up to 250 lbs. This bottom pivot mortises into the side jamb, offering smooth, reliable operation for doors up to 3 ft. 6 in. wide. Ideal for facilities requiring heavy-duty pivot hardware without a top pivot component.
This right-hand model features a 3/4 in. offset from the pivot centerline to the door face. Pair with an intermediate pivot (sold separately) for optimal performance.
