The Sargent 6500 series is a standard duty key-in-lever lock built to ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 2 standards. Ideal for commercial and institutional doors, it provides reliable keyed access control on interior and passage applications requiring durable, cost-effective security hardware.
This lock fits doors 1-3/8 inch to 1-3/4 inch thick with a 2-3/4 inch standard backset and 6-pin LA keyway cylinder. Installation follows ANSI A115.2 specifications for bored locks.
