Description
The Sargent 6500 series is a standard duty key-in-lever lock engineered for commercial and institutional doors. It meets ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 2 requirements and fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick. This universal hand lock delivers reliable access control with a 1/2" brass latch and includes two nickel silver keys.
The 2-3/4" backset (2-3/8" optional) accepts ANSI A115.2 prep with a 4-1/2" minimum stile. As an authorized Sargent dealer, E.D.
