Description
The Sargent 6500 series is a Grade 2 keyed-in-lever cylindrical lock built for standard-duty commercial and institutional doors. It exceeds ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 requirements and fits door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4", making it ideal for office buildings, schools, and facilities requiring reliable keyed access control.
This lock features a 2-3/4" standard backset, universal hand design, and brass latch with 1/2" throw. It's pre-configured for ANSI A115.2 door prep and ships with two nickel-silver keys.
