The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built entirely of stainless steel for extreme abuse environments. Ideal for high-security institutional and commercial applications, it solves the need for reliable access control in fire-rated door assemblies without compromising safety or durability.
This strike is UL 10C and NFPA-252 compliant for single and double fire doors, and meets ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards. The 24D model includes latchbolt and locking cam monitoring with an auxiliary switch.
