The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike engineered for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Its all-stainless steel construction delivers superior corrosion resistance and abuse tolerance, ideal for high-security facilities, institutional buildings, and demanding commercial environments requiring UL 10C and UL 1034 burglary-resistant compliance.
This model fits standard 3/4-inch latchbolts and is non-handed for flexible installation on single or double doors.
