The Folger Adam 310-2 is a UL 10C fire-rated electric strike designed for extreme heavy-duty applications. Its all-stainless steel construction withstands high-abuse environments where standard strikes fail. Ideal for commercial facilities, hospitals, and secure access points requiring 3-hour fire rating and burglary resistance.
This fail-secure strike is compatible with standard hollow metal and wood door frames with 1/2" keeper depth and features horizontally adjustable keepers for frame misalignment.
