The Folger Adam 310-2 is a 3-hour UL 10C fire-rated electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty and high-abuse environments. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it delivers industrial-grade performance with static strength of 1,500 lbs and dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs, making it ideal for applications demanding maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
This fail-secure strike operates at 12VDC or 24VDC, features a horizontally adjustable keeper for frame misalignment, and carries Grade 1 ANSI/BHMA certification. It meets UL 1034 burglary-resistant and NFPA-252 fire door standards.
