The Folger Adam 310-2 is a 3-hour fire-rated, industrial-grade electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty applications. Its all-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abuse in high-traffic entrances, loading docks, and secure facilities where standard strikes fail. UL 10C fire-rated for single and double doors, UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed, and NYC accepted.
