The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Its all-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abuse, making it ideal for high-security facilities, institutional buildings, and fire-rated door assemblies that demand industrial-grade performance and fail-secure operation.
This UL 10C and UL 1034 burglary-resistant strike fits standard 1-3/4 inch frames with integrated shim adjustment from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. It operates at 12VDC (0.51A) or 24VDC (0.25A) and is non-handed for flexible installation.
