The Folger Adam 310-2 is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and abuse in high-security institutional and commercial environments. UL 10C fire-rated, UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed, and ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, it solves the need for durable access control on fire-rated doors.
This model features latchbolt and locking cam monitoring with an auxiliary switch (LCBMA), making it ideal for access control systems requiring real-time status feedback. Compatible with both single and double fire doors in fail-secure configuration, it operates at 24VDC with low current draw.
