Description
The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike engineered for extreme industrial applications. Built entirely of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and abuse in high-security environments where standard strikes fail. UL 10C and UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed, it meets ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards and NFPA-252 fire door compliance for institutional and commercial properties.
This fail-secure model accommodates standard door frames with integrated shims adjusting faceplate thickness from 1/2" to 3/4". The LCBMA configuration includes latchbolt and locking cam monitoring with auxiliary switch output.
