Description
The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike engineered for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and abuse in high-traffic institutional, commercial, and industrial settings. UL 10C and UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed, it meets NFPA-252 and ASTM-E152 fire door standards.
The 310-4S 24D 605 operates at 24VDC continuous duty (0.25A) and features integrated ramps for reliable deadlatch handling, tamper-resistant construction, and an integrated shim for faceplate customization (1/2" to 3/4").
