The Folger Adam 310-4S is a 3-hour UL 10C fire-rated, industrial-grade electric strike built entirely of stainless steel for extreme heavy-duty applications. Designed for high-abuse environments, it resists tampering and handles repeated use without failure, making it ideal for secure commercial and institutional facilities requiring reliable access control.
This fail-secure strike is compatible with standard door frames and features an integrated shim for easy faceplate adjustment (1/2" to 3/4").
