The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. All-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abuse, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial doors, industrial facilities, and security-critical entrances that demand durability and reliability.
This strike is UL 10C and UL 1034 listed, NFPA-252 and CAN4-S104 fire door conformant, and rated Grade 1 per ANSI/BHMA A156.31. It features integrated shims (1/2" to 3/4"), in-frame adjustability, tamper-resistant construction, and a 1,500 lbs. static holding force.
