Description
The Folger Adam 310 Series is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme applications where standard strikes fail. Its all-stainless steel construction resists corrosion and abuse, making it ideal for high-traffic institutional, industrial, and commercial facilities that demand reliability and security.
This strike is UL 10C fire-rated, UL 1034 burglary-resistant listed, and ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified for maximum performance. It works with standard access control systems and accepts both 12VDC and 24VDC power. The integrated shim adjusts faceplate thickness from 1/2 to 3/4 inches for easy installation.
