The LCN 4040XP-3049 LTBRZ is a heavy duty door closer arm built for institutional and high traffic environments. Featuring 44% increased bearing load capacity, a 3/4" journal pinion, and strengthened pinion teeth, this non-handed closer delivers exceptional durability. The V-shield seal extends service life by 20%, while all weather fluid ensures reliable operation year-round.
This closer mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm configuration for either swing direction. The adjustable non-sized cylinder accommodates interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0". UL and cUL listed to ANSI A156.4 grade one, it meets ADA requirements.
