Description
The LCN 4040XP-3077CNS is a heavy duty door closer arm engineered for institutional and high-traffic environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a 3/4" pinion journal diameter, and a reinforced 5/8" bearing width. The V-shield seal extends life by 20%, while cast iron and double heat treated steel construction ensure durability in demanding applications.
This non-handed closer mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket on either right or left swinging doors. It adjusts for interior doors to 5 feet and exterior doors to 4 feet, and is compatible with all 4040 accessories. UL and cUL listed to ANSI Standard A156.4 Grade One, it meets ADA requirements.
