The LCN 4040XP is a heavy-duty door closer arm built for institutional and high-traffic environments where durability matters most. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a stronger 3/4" pinion journal, and an enhanced V-shield seal that lasts 20% longer. This non-handed closer solves the challenge of reliable performance in demanding applications with cast iron and double heat-treated steel construction.
The 4040XP mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket on either right or left swinging doors.
