Description
The LCN 4040XP-H is a heavy duty institutional door closer built for high-traffic commercial and institutional applications. Its cast iron body, forged steel arm, and double heat-treated steel pinion deliver maximum durability. All-weather fluid ensures reliable performance in demanding environments, and the non-sized adjustable cylinder accommodates interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0".
This closer meets ADA requirements and is UL and cUL listed for self-closing doors without hold open functionality. It is tested and certified under ANSI Standard A156.4, Grade 1.
