The LCN 4040XP-HEDA is a heavy-duty door closer engineered for high-traffic institutional and commercial environments. With 44% increased bearing load capacity, a reinforced 3/4" pinion journal, and V-shield seals rated 20% longer life, it delivers superior durability and reliability where standard closers fail.
This closer accommodates interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm, and works on right or left swinging doors. UL and cUL listed to ANSI A156.4 Grade One. Available in powder coat or optional plated finishes and SRI primer for corrosive environments.
