The LCN 4040XP-RW/62A is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for high-traffic institutional and commercial environments. Its reinforced design features a 44% increased bearing load capacity, strongest pinion journal at 3/4" diameter, and V-shield seal technology with 20% longer life. This non-handed closer solves durability and performance demands where standard closers fall short.
Compatible with interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0", the 4040XP mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm configuration for either swinging direction.
