The LCN 4040XPT-STD is a Grade 1 surface-mounted door closer designed for high-traffic interior and exterior applications. Its cast iron body and Liquid X fluid technology deliver reliable, consistent performance on pull or push doors. Ideal for commercial buildings, schools, and facilities requiring ADA-compliant, durable closing action.
This non-sized closer adjusts for interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0", and mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with optional parallel arm bracket.
