Description
The LCN 4040XPT-STD is a Grade 1 surface-mounted door closer with a cast iron body and Liquid X Fluid technology, designed for high-traffic interior and exterior doors. It solves the problem of unreliable self-closing in busy commercial environments by delivering dependable performance on pull or push applications.
This closer mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with an optional parallel arm bracket, and adjusts for interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0". It meets ADA requirements and comes UL and cUL listed. E.D. Locks offers standard powder coat finishes, optional plated hardware, and SRI primer for corrosive environments.
