The Adams Rite 4900 Series Mortise Deadlatch provides flexible traffic control for commercial doors requiring both free entrance and exit-only operation. Steel case with corrosion-resistant plating and solid brass latch bolt, this lock solves access management challenges in offices, healthcare facilities, and multi-tenant buildings where traffic patterns vary throughout the day.
Compatible with MS1850A or MS1850S deadbolt preparations and retrofits existing 4500/4700 installations without stile modification. Supplied with flat and radius faceplates, strike, and mounting hardware; available in three cylinder backsets (31/32", 1-1/8", 1-1/2").
