The Adams Rite 4900 Series Mortise Deadlatch offers flexible traffic control for commercial and institutional doors. This deadlatch allows two-way traffic during certain hours and exit-only access at other times by using a reverse key turn to hold the bolt retracted. Perfect for facilities requiring variable access control without hardware replacement.
Compatible with MS1850A and MS1850S deadbolts and retrofits existing 4500/4700 preparations in three backset options: 31/32", 1-1/8", and 1-1/2".
