The Adams Rite 4920AN is a heavy-duty mortise deadlatch designed for hollow metal or wood doors that need precise traffic control and security. With a key-controlled bolt hold-back feature, it allows doors to free-swing during business hours while enabling full locking when needed, making it ideal for retail entrances, offices, and facilities requiring flexible access control.
The 4920AN fits standard ANSI preparations and is interchangeable with MS1850SN deadlocks without door modification. It features a steel case with corrosion-resistant plating, solid brass latch bolt, and stainless steel auxiliary latchpin to prevent loiding or case-knife entry.
