The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic bar built for institutional and commercial facilities requiring durable, low-maintenance security that lasts. Designed for metal doors 1.75 inches thick or more, this rim-mounted device exceeds ANSI/BHMA strength and cycle requirements with modular construction and minimal moving parts, ideal for high-traffic fire-rated openings.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) unit works with standard 650 top and 606 bottom strikes and ships with machine screw fasteners. The 80 Series supports optional delayed egress, alarm, photoluminescent guides, and remote latch retraction to fit unique applications.
