The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified security, this rim-mounted device combines modular construction with minimal moving parts to deliver durability and maintenance-free operation across the building's lifespan.
Compatible with 1-3/4" minimum metal doors and available in four rail sizes (E, F, J, G) to fit door widths from 24" to 48", this device installs with supplied machine screws at standard 41" centerline height. Optional electric features include delayed egress, alarm, latch monitoring, and remote retraction.
