The Folger Adam 712-75 24D 605 is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme industrial applications. All stainless steel construction withstands high-abuse environments. Designed for 1/2", 5/8", or 3/4" throw latchbolts in hollow metal frames, this UL 10C and ULC-S104 fire-door-conformant strike provides fail-secure operation for single and double door installations.
Compatible with standard 3/4" PK keepers and meets ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, UL 1034 burglary-resistant, and NYC Building Code requirements.
