The Folger Adam 712-75 is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built for extreme industrial applications. All stainless steel construction resists abuse and corrosion. Ideal for high-security hollow metal frame installations where fail-secure operation and fire compliance are non-negotiable.
Compatible with 1/2", 5/8", or 3/4" throw latchbolts. UL 10C fire-rated for single and double door systems; meets UL 1034 burglary resistance, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, NYC acceptance, and NFPA-252/ASTM-E152 fire standards.
