The Adams Rite 8420LR-37230 is a life-safety exit device engineered for narrow stile aluminum doors requiring mortise locking solutions. Built with extruded aluminum pushbars in multiple finishes, it solves the challenge of securing high-traffic emergency exits while maintaining code compliance on aluminum storefronts and curtain wall applications.
This non-handed device fits standard 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" doors up to 8 feet tall, with pushbar lengths for 30", 36", 42", and 48" openings. Bar height adjusts 30" to 44". Compatible with standard rim cylinders and optional mortise cylinders (sold separately).
