The Adams Rite 8420MLR-37230 is a life-safety exit device engineered for narrow stile aluminum doors requiring mortise locking. Built with an extruded aluminum pushbar in multiple finishes, this non-handed device solves emergency egress needs for commercial and institutional buildings while maintaining security through integrated locking mechanisms.
Compatible with door thicknesses from 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" and standard pushbar lengths of 30", 36", 42", and 48" (field-cuttable to smaller widths), the 8420MLR fits doors up to 8 feet tall.
