Description
The Adams Rite 8430A is a mortise exit device designed for narrow stile aluminum doors on commercial emergency exits. This left-hand reverse (LHR) model features a 36" pushbar, battery-operated alarm function, and black finish. It solves the need for ADA-compliant, reliable emergency egress on moderate-height doors while accommodating standard 1 3/4" door thickness.
The 8430A fits doors up to 8 ft tall with bar height adjusted to 40-44 inches; taller door kits are available separately.
