The HES 9500-613-LBM is a surface-mounted electric strike engineered for rim exit devices with 3/4" Pullman latches. This 3-hour fire-rated unit solves retrofit installation challenges: its 3/4" stainless steel housing requires no frame cutting, and the detachable base simplifies field adjustments. Ideal for fire-rated doors in commercial and institutional settings requiring Grade 1 strength and NFPA 80-07 compliance.
The strike is field-selectable for fail-secure or fail-safe modes and operates on 12 or 24VDC. It meets UL 10C, UL 1034 burglary-resistant, UL 294, and ANSI/BHMA A156.31 Grade 1 standards, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
