The Yale Accentra 8835 is a heavy-duty mortise lock built to ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards for commercial doors requiring maximum security and durability. Engineered with a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt and vandal-resistant trim, it solves the need for reliable, long-life locking on high-traffic interior and exterior doors in offices, schools, hospitals, and multi-family buildings.
This mortise lock is field-reversible, fits standard 1-3/4 inch doors, and installs easily with quick lever handing and a nonhanded strike. It is UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours.
