The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a commercial-grade deadbolt designed for office buildings, retail spaces, and institutional facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security. It features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, heavy-duty vandal-resistant trim, and field-reversible handing to simplify installation and reduce costs.
This lock fits standard 1-3/4" doors and accommodates thicker doors up to 3-1/4" by special order. UL/cUL fire-rated for up to 3 hours, it comes keyed-random with two keys included.
