The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock trim pack is a heavy-duty commercial lock designed for doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and durability. Built with reinforced stainless steel components and vandal-resistant trim, it suits institutional, commercial, and high-traffic applications where strength and reliability are non-negotiable.
This trim pack fits 1-3/4" standard doors (up to 3-1/4" available to order) with field-reversible handing and a standard curved lip strike. The lock is UL/cUL fire-rated up to 3 hours and windstorm-certified.
