The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a commercial-grade security solution designed for high-traffic doors and demanding applications. Built with reinforced stainless steel components and field-reversible handing, it solves the need for reliable, easy-to-install hardware that meets ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards and UL fire-rating requirements up to 3 hours.
This trim pack is compatible with 1-3/4" standard door thickness and includes a 6-pin keyed-random cylinder with two keys. The lock features a 3/4" stainless steel latchbolt and 2-3/4" backset.
