The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a heavy-duty commercial solution for doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and durability. Designed for institutional and commercial applications, it features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, vandal-resistant trim, and field-reversible handing for flexible installation on 1-3/4" to 3-1/4" thick doors.
This trim pack includes 625 satin chrome finish and works with standard 2-3/4" backset installations. UL/cUL fire-rated to 3 hours and backed by a 10-year mechanical warranty.
