The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a heavy-duty commercial solution for doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and durability. Designed for institutional, hospitality and office buildings, it features a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, vandal-resistant trim, and UL/cUL fire-rating up to 3 hours. Field-reversible handing and quick lever installation save time on the job.
