The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock is a commercial-grade locking solution for interior and exterior doors in offices, hospitals, and institutional buildings. This trim pack includes field-reversible lever handles and a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, solving security and durability concerns in high-traffic environments with ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certification.
Compatible with standard 1-3/4" doors and adjustable up to 3-1/4" thick doors. The 2-3/4" backset, 6-pin keyed-random cylinder, and reversible strike make installation straightforward.
