The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock trim pack is engineered for commercial doors requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 security and durability. Featuring a reinforced stainless steel deadbolt, vandal-resistant trim, and UL/cUL fire rating up to 3 hours, this lock suits high-traffic applications in offices, retail, and institutional buildings where strength and reliability cannot be compromised.
This trim pack fits standard 1-3/4" doors and accommodates thicker doors to 3-1/4" by special order. The field-reversible design and standard nonhanded strike simplify installation.
