The Yale 8800 Series mortise lock trim pack delivers commercial-grade security for office buildings, retail spaces, and institutional facilities. This ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified lock combines reinforced stainless steel construction with vandal-resistant trim, field-reversible handing, and a heavy-duty deadbolt to meet demanding security and durability requirements.
Compatible with 1-3/4 inch standard doors, the 612 trim features a 2-3/4 inch backset, 3/4 inch stainless steel latchbolt, and a curved lip strike. Installation is simplified by quick lever handing and standard nonhanded strike design.
