The DynaLock 3101C is a single electromagnetic lock designed for life safety and high security applications on rated or non-rated doors. It combines delayed egress functionality with door status monitoring and force sensing, solving the challenge of meeting both egress code requirements and security needs on outswing doors.
This maglock secures doors magnetically while allowing emergency egress with 15 lbs or less pressure, triggering a 15-second (field-selectable to 30 seconds) audible and visual alarm countdown. It integrates with fire alarm systems for automatic release and features a virtually maintenance-free sensing system. E.D.
