The LCN 4040XP-CUSH is a heavy duty surface mounted door closer engineered for high traffic institutional and commercial facilities. Its cast iron body, forged steel arm, and double heat treated pinion deliver reliable performance in demanding environments. This left hand model features a satin brass finish metal cover and all weather fluid for year round operation.
Adjustable for interior doors up to 5 feet and exterior doors up to 4 feet, this closer meets ADA requirements and is UL and cUL listed for self closing doors. It is tested and certified under ANSI Standard A156.4, Grade 1.
